Kristi Silvia, 56, is our Human Resource Manager and Payroll Administrator at pH Wellness. She has been sober since November 7, 2008. Sobriety has restored her family relationships, taught her to stay present, helped her manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, and build genuine connections. Her hobbies include spending time with family, attending concerts, working out, paddleboarding, and advocating for rescue animals. Kristi values the compassionate environment at pH Wellness, appreciating how the team supports clients through their recovery journey and integrates health and fitness into the process. She admires the owners, Matt and Tony, for their hands-on approach and respectful treatment of clients, and decided to work in treatment to help be a part of the solution, in the substance abuse treatment environment.
