Outpatient Addiction Treatment Centers

Partial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the highest level of care among outpatient treatment centers in Fresno County. Patients attend treatment sessions 5 days per week for up to 8 hours per day. The programming is often the same for those in an inpatient facility, but patients go home at night to sleep and do not attend treatment on the weekends. The founder of pH Wellness, Tony Hoffman, is committed to supporting those battling addiction and mental health issues. It’s more than just professional – it’s personal. He began his recovery journey in 2007, experiencing many of the same challenges faced by individuals seeking help today.
After being paroled in 2008 from a two-year prison sentence, Tony decided to use his story for good. He became a public speaker, addressing audiences all over the country. Spending around 250 days per year on the road, Tony visits schools, universities, and business events, sharing his insights and engaging with people on a wide range of topics related to addiction recovery and mental health.
He was not content just speaking about change; he also became an active agent for it. By setting ambitious goals – like competing professionally in BMX racing or coaching an athlete through their journey to the Rio Olympics in 2016 – and achieving them, Tony demonstrated that anything is possible.
He also turned his focus back to assisting those walking a path similar to his own by co-founding pH Wellness, located in Southern California.
Through pH Wellness, Tony implements evidence-based treatment programs and integrates deeply individualized care.
